There are four main steps involved in getting a loan. You'll see that we've made your part in them as easy as possible, and we do all the work! That's what we're here for.

1. How much can I borrow? - Using the calculator provided on my website will give you a rough estimate of how much you can borrow.  The amount that you can borrow is also based on your unique credit history, employment history, income and debt.  I will present you with different lending programs and terms to choose from based on your specific scenario.

2. Pre-qualification - This gives you buying clout and most real estate professionals require this "Pre-Qual" before your shop for homes.  During this step you will fill out a loan application and disclosures that allow me to pull your credit and review your information.  You will supply information regarding your employment history, residency history and assets as well as other information.  Once I have reviewed this information, I will present you with a pre-qualification letter. 

3. Loan Submission - Once you have found a home, I will process your loan application, collect the sales contract, get a copy of the earnest money check, updated information and proceed to submitting your loan package to a lender.  I will be in constant contact with you during this step as the lender may require additional information to give their approval.

4. The Closing - Now your loan has been approved and can be funded.  I will contact you to review your HUD-1 Settlement Statement which outlines the transaction in detail.  Once your have signed all the documents at the title company, you will get your keys.
